Medicare Patients Have Weight Loss Options

medicare-advantageIf you have Medicare, you may be eligible to participate in CHPG High Country Healthcare’s Weight Management Program as a covered benefit. This is a great option for all Medicare members who are interested in losing weight while participating in a structured, supportive, group environment. The program is led by Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Gretchen Broecker.

The class meets for one year in the following format from 9:00 am to 10:00 am:

  • Month 1 – (January) – Meet once per week
  • Months #2-6 (February-June) – Meets twice per month
  • Months #7-12 (July – December) – Meet once per month
