Dr. Hopkins obtained her medical degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City, in 2005.

During medical school she spent two months in Africa, working at a hospital in Cameroon.  Following completion of medical school, she completed a residency in family medicine at the Research Medical Center in Kansas City. Dr. Hopkins is board certified in family medicine and enjoys providing care for the entire family.  She is especially interested in dermatology and skin disease, as well as women’s health and preventive care.

In November 2010, her husband, Mitch Hopkins, took over Ten Mile Dental in Frisco.  After six months of traveling back and forth, they are excited to reside full time together in Summit County.

“I am thrilled to be living in Summit County!  My husband and I love the outdoor lifestyle and we are looking forward to raising our children here,” said Dr. Hopkins, “What I am most excited about is meeting and caring for the families in the area.  I enjoy family medicine because it gives me the opportunity to get to know the entire family, not just one person.”

Dr. Hopkins and her husband Mitch just welcomed a new baby boy to their family.
