Testimonials from recent participants:
Gretchen made a big difference to me and to my healthy lifestyle change. I survived Christmas with no weight gain and that is a first for me. Having the support of a dietitian was very helpful to me because it is not just calorie counting, it is a willingness to make the necessary changes it really takes to lose weight and keep it off.
Gretchen has shown me how to change my life through healthy choices, a healthy mind set and an active lifestyle. I have left behind a warped view of dieting, overeating and 25 pounds! Gretchen did not put me on a diet she changed my understanding of food and this overflowed into my family’s health as well.
I have learned so much in this class. Not only about what healthy eating looks like, but how my emotions and thoughts affect my overall health and food choices.
This class has shown me that I can eat less and still feel full because I’m choosing foods that actually make me feel satisfied. I’m enjoying cooking for the first time ever!
