Likely, you came up with more than one person, if not a different one for each of these moments. Support. It can mean different things to different people. Being human, it’s essential. We crave the feeling of having someone looking out for us, cheering us on, helping us get through. Medicare Patients Have Weight Loss Options
If you have Medicare, you may be eligible to participate in CHPG High Country Healthcare’s Weight Management Program as a covered benefit. This is a great option for all Medicare members who are interested in losing weight while participating in a structured, supportive, group environment. The program is led by Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Gretchen Broecker.
