(March 20, 2015) Each year the American Diabetes Association hosts Alert Day® as a “wake-up call” asking the American public to take the Diabetes Risk Test to find out if they are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. This year, High Country Healthcare shares this information with our community in honor of the Association’s 75th anniversary and our participation in supporting Summit County’s diabetes patients.
