Meal Planning Mayhem

Between running my kids to and from activities and my work schedule, I struggle to get a healthy dinner on the table most nights. This is a great question! Reading it, I felt comforted by the fact I’m not the only working mom that struggles with this. Most of us are ready for the structure the school year brings, yet getting dinner on the table while attending to varying schedules can be a mom’s worst nightmare. Here are some tips to try. Whether you’re in charge of meals for a family or just one or two, I think you’ll find that many of these will make this chore much easier…and maybe even a bit more fun!
Medicare Patients Have Weight Loss Options
If you have Medicare, you may be eligible to participate in CHPG High Country Healthcare’s Weight Management Program as a covered benefit. This is a great option for all Medicare members who are interested in losing weight while participating in a structured, supportive, group environment. The program is led by Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Gretchen Broecker.
