Good to hear you are including a nutrient-packed food like beets in your diet! As you’ve noticed, there are many different varieties so I’m glad you asked this question. I find that beets are one of those vegetables that people just don’t quite know what to do with, or avoid because of the very “mess” you describe. Medicare Patients our New Weight Management Program begins January 10th
If you have Medicare, you may be eligible to participate in CHPG High Country Healthcare’s Weight Management Program as a covered benefit. Our first class begins on Tuesday, January 10th, from 9:00 am to 10:00 am. To learn more about this program Join Us Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at 5:30 pm in the Frisco, CHPG – High Country Healthcare Office . This is a great option for all Medicare members who are interested in losing weight while participating in a structured, supportive, group environment. The program is led by Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, Gretchen Broecker.
